In short

Hernández Hernández refereed 22 Liga matches in which Sergio Ramos took part, from 2012-13 to 2019-20: 1,872 minutes played, 11 yellow cards and 2 red cards. With the other referees, over the same seasons (203 matches, 17,624 minutes), Sergio Ramos receives 0.32 yellow cards per 90 minutes, against 0.53 with Hernández Hernández.

Verdict: no clear difference with the other referees.

Cards are rare (less than one per player per match): over a few dozen matches, only a very large deviation can be told apart from chance. "No clear difference" does not mean "no effect".
