In short

Estrada Fernández refereed 24 Liga matches in which De Marcos took part, from 2009-10 to 2019-20: 1,918 minutes played, 1 yellow cards and 1 red cards. With the other referees, over the same seasons (267 matches, 19,767 minutes), De Marcos receives 0.25 yellow cards per 90 minutes, against 0.05 with Estrada Fernández.

Verdict: no clear difference with the other referees.

Cards are rare (less than one per player per match): over a few dozen matches, only a very large deviation can be told apart from chance. "No clear difference" does not mean "no effect".
