In short

Estrada Fernández refereed 21 Liga matches in which Mikel San José took part, from 2009-10 to 2018-19: 1,647 minutes played, 10 yellow cards and 0 red cards. With the other referees, over the same seasons (268 matches, 19,721 minutes), Mikel San José receives 0.28 yellow cards per 90 minutes, against 0.55 with Estrada Fernández.

Verdict: no clear difference with the other referees.

Cards are rare (less than one per player per match): over a few dozen matches, only a very large deviation can be told apart from chance. "No clear difference" does not mean "no effect".
